1. Service Description

Naijalink Networks provides a platform for Starlink device owners to share their unused bandwidth with customers in their area for a fee.

2. Provider Responsibilities

2.1 Equipment and Connection

• Maintain active Starlink subscription
• Ensure proper device maintenance
• Maintain minimum bandwidth requirements
• Report technical issues promptly

2.2 Service Quality

• Maintain 95% uptime monthly
• Not oversell bandwidth capacity
• Follow fair usage guidelines

3. Revenue Sharing

• Up to ₦500,000 monthly earning potential
• Payment processing fee: 5%
• Monthly payments by bank transfer
• Minimum payout threshold: ₦50,000

4. Service Limitations

Providers acknowledge that:

• Earnings may vary based on location and demand
• Network performance may fluctuate
• Service availability depends on Starlink status

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Extended service disruption
• Non-compliance with quality standards

6. Liability

Naijalink Networks is not liable for:

• Internet service disruptions
• Hardware failures
• Force majeure events
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
